Whether you’re envisioning something timeless and elegant or bold and modern, we’ll work closely with you to create a custom design that complements your day perfectly.

You’ll also receive guidance on portion sizes, tier options, and presentation, with the chance to view sample designs and previous work. After your consultation, you’ll receive a detailed quote and a visual mock-up (if required) for your approval.

Every celebration deserves a cake that’s just as special as the occasion. Whether it’s a birthday, baby shower, anniversary, or milestone event, our design consultation is here to bring your vision to life.

During the consultation, we’ll discuss your theme, colours, flavour preferences, guest numbers, and any inspiration you may have. You’re welcome to share photos, ideas, or personal touches you'd like included. We’ll guide you through design options, portion sizes, and finishing details to create a cake that not only looks the part but tastes incredible too.

Consultations can be held in person or virtually and require a small booking fee, which will be deducted from your final cake total if you choose to go ahead. Let’s create something unforgettable for your special day!

By booking a consultation with Aunt Polly Bakes, you agree to the following terms:

1. **Booking Fee**

   - All consultations require a **£10 non-refundable booking fee**.

   - This fee secures your consultation appointment and covers the time spent discussing your cake design and event details.

   - If you proceed with an order, the £10 will be **deducted from your final cake balance**.

2. **Cancellations & Rescheduling**

   - If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please give at least **48 hours’ notice**.

   - Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the booking fee being forfeited.

   - Rescheduling is subject to availability.

3. **Consultation Content**

   - The consultation includes a discussion of your cake design, theme, flavours, guest numbers, and budget.

   - You may bring inspiration photos, colour swatches, or design references to support the design process.

4. **No Obligation to Order**

   - There is no obligation to place an order following the consultation. However, dates are not held without a paid booking fee and deposit.

5. **Design Ownership**

   - Any custom cake designs created by Aunt Polly Bakes remain the intellectual property of the business and may not be reproduced elsewhere without permission.
